After remodeling his own 1905 foursquare home, Josh's talent and creativity became evident. Born in to a large family of craftsmen and artists, Josh is a hardworking perfectionist with a keen sense of design, and you'll find him fully immersed in every detail of home building. Throughout her career in Corporate Business Strategy and Client Service, Kirin honed her analytical and problem solving skills. She pairs that unique skillset with her true passion: designing personalized spaces that are both functional and beautiful. With a creative eye towards optimizing every detail in a project, Kirin brings your personal style to life in a seamless and efficient manner. With a firm belief that our homes are a reflection of our personalities, Kirin prides herself on getting to know each client and ensure they are appropriately reflected in their newly designed space. She listens to each client’s needs on all aspects of a project and is able to provide effective solutions that are aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.

Her project management and leadership skills ensure that clients are well-informed and each project is on track from a budget, timeline and quality perspective.

In addition to our founding team, we work with a skilled group of engineers, architects, carpenters, and custom furniture makers to provide each project with the appropriate expertise.
